If you have recently renewed with Kantola, Thank you! We value each and every client and endeavor to make your training experience an easy and pleasant one. Based on your training needs, we have built a retraining tool to help facilitate your next round of training. Please see below for a help page on the Kantola Retraining Suite.
When purchasing additional licenses, either online via the Licenses tab or through your Account Manager, you will see this purchase reflected in the "Available License Count" on the Licenses Tab of your Admin account.
Note: For Kantola "Full Library" customers, your account has been updated. Please feel free to add additional Learners as needed. If additional licenses are needed, please contact your Account Manager.
If you have opted to add additional courses into your account, you should now see these available to assign to Users, and you can purchase additional licenses on the Licenses page. Assigning courses can either be done individually or in bulk via Groups. Please see below for general directions and help pages below:
- Individually via the Users Tab using the Course Assignment button.
- Groups via Company Settings tab. Either by creating a new Group or modifying a current group. Please note that retraining features requires the use of Groups.
