Here at Kantola Training, we're always working on ways to improve your training experience. Some of our recent updates to our training platform include:
New User Interface
Kantola's New UI provides all the functions you're used to seeing, but also adds new ones such as: Updated Dashboard UI, Manually sending Reminder Emails, and more.
Updated Help Center
Kantola's new Help Center provides easy-to-use tutorials and guides on the different functions and features of the Kantola LMS. If you have questions you can also submit requests and the Kantola Customers Success Team will follow up within 1-2 business days.
Location Updates
You can now attached unique Policies and "Ask a Question" text to specific Locations. If you need different sets of Learners to receive a unique policy or HR contact info, you can customize it using this feature.
Alternate ID
The "Alternate ID" will allow you to include a specific identifier to each User that can correspond to an organizations internal information (IE Employee number). This is only for tracking purposes and will show on downloaded reports.
