Directions
Go to your Users Tab > Find the User you wish to update
Click on the Users' name on the list
Make the desired updates > Click Save
Additional Information
- Learners may be in multiple Groups
- Learners can only be a part of one location at a time
- Role lets you elevate a Learner to a Limited or full Client Administrator
- There is no limit to the number of admins you may have in your account
- Language Preference will change the default language their courses start playing in
- Alternate ID: will provide the ability to assign a reference ID (i.e. employee number) to any User. Primarily used for external tracking purposes.
